Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

• Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Withdrawal

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and ৳1,200 in bonus will be added — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳28,000.
• To withdraw a bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the total bonus amount (15x) must be met.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze members will receive up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver members will receive up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold members will receive up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Regular gaming activity is required to advance to a higher VIP level.

General Bonus Terms

• betvsa reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

Gaming Rules

Balance after account closure

The balance (including bonuses) of an account closed due to rule violations may be forfeited. However, actual deposited funds in an account closed at the member's own request will be returned, provided the withdrawal conditions have been met.

Limitation of Liability

betvsa accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Technical errors in third-party game software.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account.
• Force majeure situations — natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistake.

Changes & Updates

• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
